Itinerary and highlights
Depart from Cusco to the Sacred Valley, leaving behind the pace of the city to enter a silent corner of the Andes.
After a gentle 20-minute walk, you reach a little-known forest, far from any tourist circuit, surrounded by mountains, water and natural light: a perfect place for gathering and calm. In this magical and sheltered environment, start an intimate and conscious experience.
You’ll start by thanking Pachamama and the whole environment, then start with an accessible and respectful yoga session with each body, focused on breathing, presence and relaxation.
Then, sonotherapy with traditional Andean instruments invites you to a deep listening, where the sound guides you to a state of inner balance.
At the end of the session, you will start a slow and conscious walk. In silence, it opens you to contemplation of the environment and the subtle echo of what you have experienced, a moving meditation that invites you to anchor the experience in the deepest part of being, in intimate dialogue with the earth, the sky and your own presence.
Finally you return to Cusco city.
