Itinerary and highlights

While waiting for the tour to begin, visitors can admire the impressive colonial architecture.

Admire the architecture of the Cusco Cathedral, located in Plaza de Armas, is a stunning example of Spanish colonial architecture built on the foundations of an Inca palace. With massive wooden doors, intricate altars, and ornate facades, it showcases centuries of history and craftsmanship.

Visit Qoricancha (Temple of the Sun). This ancient Inca temple was the most sacred site in the empire, dedicated to worshiping the sun. Today, it displays an impressive blend of Inca stonework and Spanish colonial architecture, revealing the clash of civilizations.

Discover Sacsayhuamán. A monumental Inca fortress made of massive stone walls, some weighing over 100 tons! Located on a hill above Cusco, it offers breathtaking views of the city and is a key site for the annual Inti Raymi Festival.

Qenqo is an archaeological complex located just outside Cusco, known for its intricate rock carvings, underground tunnels, and ceremonial spaces.

Visit Tambomachay. Known as the Inca baths, this site features intricate water channels and aqueducts that still function today, believed to have been a ceremonial place for water worship

Admire Puka Pukara. A red colored fortress that once served as a military outpost, offering spectacular views of the surrounding Andean landscape.
