Meeting and pickup information
- - Pick-up will take place directly at the passenger's hotel, as long as it is located within the historic center of the city of Cusco. The guide will contact the passenger between 5 and 10 minutes before arrival at the hotel, and will present himself at the reception to ensure timely and fluid service. - In case the passenger's hotel is located outside the historic center, the meeting point will be at Plaza Regocijo, in front of the fountain. The guide, who will be wearing a black and orange agency jacket, will be present to facilitate identification. In addition, the guide will call the passenger by name to ensure that they find each other quickly.
