If you are staying at an Airbnb or private accommodation outside the pickup area, a nearby meeting point will be coordinated. For airport transfers, it is important to be ready with bags 15 minutes before the indicated time. For excursions with very early departure (Colca Canyon and 7-Color Mountain), pick-up can be between 3:00 a.m. and 4:30 a.m., depending on the location of the hotel. The local operator will contact you by WhatsApp or email a day early to confirm the exact pick-up time. It is recommended to have your passport and train/air tickets on hand for quick checks.
