About this experience
This 10-day Peru Wellness Journey combines 5 days of cultural tourism with 5 days of shamanic healing and wellness in the Sacred Valley and Cusco region.
The first half of the journey introduces you to the history, nature, and living culture of Peru. You will explore Cusco, the Sacred Valley, Rainbow Mountain, and Machu Picchu, guided by a professional English-speaking guide who shares the history and meaning of each site.
The second half is dedicated to rest, reflection, and ancestral healing. You will take part in sacred plant medicine ceremonies and shamanic healing sessions led by experienced local facilitators, with time for integration, nature, and personal renewal in a safe and supportive setting.
This journey is hosted by a small, family-run team and is limited to a maximum of 10 travelers, ensuring personal attention throughout. It is suitable for solo travelers, couples, and small groups, and is designed for those who are serious about healing and self-discovery.
