For those who prefer to explore untouched terrain, we have created the Ultimate Choquequirao Trek. The trek to Choquekiraw navigates both the region's lush cloud forests and snowcapped Andean mountains. While Machu Picchu gets close to 5000 visitors a day, Choquequirao may see less than a dozen, making this place a truly unique and quite retreat. Choquekiraw has been nicknamed the 'Twin Sister of Machu Picchu' as the master Inca builders have anchored another huge city, made entirely of stone, in an impossible location overlooking one of the deepest canyons of Peru.
